Summary

As an Account Manager on our Personal Lines Marketing Team, you will partner with our first-class insurance broker and their teams to help provide the best coverage and service for our non-commercial clients. You’ll help our brokers reach their sales goals and demonstrate how Missouri General provides the best customer service and coverage in the area. Being a part of the office team, you will have the opportunity to closely interact with members of our lively team, learn how to become a master of your craft and dominate your job responsibilities which include:

 

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

 

Responsibilities

  • Investigating and analyzing policies from carriers to determine the best coverage for our client’s dollars
  • Quoting and remarketing to acquire new business and maintain retention of current clients
  • Maintaining thorough knowledge of the current market trends for non-commercial insurance products
  • Utilizing our cross-selling methods to help continue to grow the company
  • Managing workflow to ensure work is balanced and deadlines are met
  • Working closely with our Production Team to help them provide the best customer service in the industry for their clients
  • Being a dependable team member not only to maintain, but improve the work environment and culture we’ve built
  • Developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients and insurance company representatives
  • Maintain accurate, timely records within our Epic agency management system
  • Adhere to workflow and Agency procedures to ensure proper E&O compliance

Requirements

  • You have at least 5 years of Personal Lines Account Manager experience (This is a must!)
  • Must have a current Property & Casualty Insurance License
  • You have experience using Applied Epic agency management system
  • You have experience developing positive, professional relationships with insurance brokers, clients and fellow teammates
  • You don’t shy away from crucial conversations and are able to communicate directly, candidly and tactfully
  • You strive to serve clients with the highest standards of customer service
  • You are deadline driven and will work tirelessly to meet them
