Charles (Charlie) Willis is a recent graduate from Missouri State University in Springfield, MO where he received a degree in Insurance and Risk Management. In 2016, when still in high school, Charlie began working in the insurance business as a policy maker at MGI. His primary goal was to learn and experience the insurance business from within a busy and successful brokerage. In the fall of 2017, Charlie moved to Springfield, MO to attend college. While going to school Charlie continued to expand his knowledge of the insurance business by working as an intern at a wholesale insurance brokerage, Commercial Insurance Underwriters (CIU). Charlie’s experiences both at his internship and school provided him the necessary knowledge and skills concerning appropriate coverages, risk management, and business practices. Charlie graduated from Missouri State in December of 2021. After graduation with a degree in Insurance and Risk Management Charlie moved back to St. Louis, to work full time as a producer at MGI. Charlie can assist with commercial needs for both small and sizable business owners. Charlie has relationships with several providers that specialize in all aspects of the construction business as well as in the automotive and automotive repair businesses. When not working, Charlie enjoys playing baseball, fishing, and hanging out with Bentley, his chocolate lab.
