Steve Gissy has spent his entire career in the Insurance Industry and Risk Management Consulting. After graduating from St. Louis University with a BS in Marketing he joined Liberty Mutual Insurance Company as a client representative and new business producer. After several years he joined Alexander and Alexander (Now AON) which served as his introduction to Risk Management Services. In 1982 he joined and later became a partner with Adrian N. Baker & Company. Since being deeply involved in serving clients' needs is the primary objective in his career, Steve determined joining MGI Risk Advisors was best for the continuation of his career. His rare level of expertise is perhaps only matched by his innate sense of client service. His clients ultimately become his partners. “Knowledge” is the Secret to Success. In Steve’s case Knowledge is defined as a deep understanding of his client's businesses and a seasoned experience in the art and science of Risk Transfer and Insurance Program development. These skills have been instrumental in many clients successfully surviving and thriving after suffering a significant loss occurrence.
